We believe that an eye-catching and captivating video is the key to immediately grabbing visitors' attention when they land on the site. Therefore, we propose featuring a "Wow" video on the homepage that showcases famous buildings in New York City.
Additionally, we'll use interactive infographics to showcase the buildings SMI has invested in. This engaging approach educates visitors while keeping them entertained and informed.

After receiving the design assets and branding guidelines from the team, we initiate a brainstorming session to determine the most effective way to represent SMI's achievements.
Ultimately, we agree on an interactive approach that allows users to engage with the content while learning about the showcased buildings.
To ensure consistency with SMI's brand, we decide to make the color red the dominant color, creating a visual impact on every page. Complimentary colors such as white, gray, and black will be used sparingly to enhance the overall design. For the font, we opt for simplicity and choose Roboto as our primary typeface, providing a clean and modern look to the website

The creation of the interactive component has proven to be the most challenging aspect of this project. We have gone through multiple iterations to determine if it is worth investing in.
